Paper Pickup and Transfer Guide Paper Jams

1 Remove Tray 2.

2 Carefully pull the paper out through the front of the printer.

N o t e

Do not force the paper if it is not moving easily. If the paper is stuck in the tray opening remove it through the Transfer Guide area (see next steps).

3 Open the top cover and remove the toner cartridge.

4 Raise the green handle (A) to free the paper, and (B) pull the paper up and out through the front of the printer.
