Understanding Printer Messages

The following tables list printer messages, their meanings, and recommended actions. Printer messages are divided into four categories:

Status messages

Warning messages

Error messages

Service messages

Status Messages

Status messages are displayed when the printer is ready and does not have any error or warning messages. The table lists the messages in alphabetical order.
