maximumpower available on a PoE port is 30 W for switchesrunning Junos OS Release
10.3or later and 15.4 W for switches running Junos OS Release10.2 or earlier.

Cooling Systemand Airflow in an EX2200 Switch
Thecooling system in an EX2200 switchconsists of two fans along the rearof the chassis
thatprovide side-to-rear chassis cooling. In switch models with networkports in which
PoEis available, there is an additional fan in the power supply.
Figure8 on page 16 shows the airflow in an EX2200 switch with network ports in which
PoEis not available.
