Tip

To record, preview, delete, and send sounds on your Treo Pro smartphone, select the Manage tab. To record a sound, press Menu (right softkey) and select New Sound. To play a sound, select it. To delete a sound, highlight it and press Backspace. To send a sound, highlight it, press Menu (right softkey), and select Send Sound.

Did you know?

You can also select tones for events other than phone calls. For example, select a tone to let you know when a new email message arrives, or when your Treo Pro smartphone detects a wireless network.

Adjusting Volume Settings

⬤Call volume: While a call is in progress, press Volume (on the side of your smartphone) to adjust the call volume.

⬤Music/Video volume: While playing music or a video, press Volume to adjust the music/video volume.

⬤Ringer volume: When a call is not in progress and you are not playing music or a video, press the Volume to adjust the ringer volume.

Assigning a Picture and Ringtone ID to a Contact

1.Go to your Today screen.

2.Press Contacts (left softkey).

3.Highlight the contact that you want to give a picture caller ID.

4.Press Menu (right softkey) and select Edit.

5.Select Picture.
