Afterthe test youwill seethe heights of all three of your jumps.
CONTINUOUS JUMP
Thecontinuous jumptest measures youranaerobic power.This test is especially useful forthose who do
sportsthat require anaerobicpower, in otherwords maximal effort for short periods.Theaim of the continuous
jumptest is toperform the highest numberof jumps with maximum height in the set time period.
Thecontinuous jumpt est is performedby squatting down until the knees arebent in a 90 degreeangle, and
thenrapidly jumpingvertically as highas possible, and landingwith both feet at the same time, bending the
knees,and repeatingthe vertical jumping movementuntil the set timeperiod is over. The test should be
startedwith maximal effort, jumpingas high aspossible as rapidly aspossible. As the test proceedsyou will
naturallybecomef atiguedbut keep maximal effort throughoutthe test. In t heFlow webservice you can

Performingthe Continuous Jump
Beforeperformingthe continuous jumpt est, set the durationof test. ChooseJump test > Set duration of
cont.test The durationcan be set to 15 seconds, 30 seconds,60 seconds orSet other duration.If y ou
chooseSet other duration,you can set thedurationanywhere from 5 seconds to 300s econds.
Wearthe Polar Bluetooth®S martSt rideSensor, and choose Jump test> Continuous, andpress START.
Searchingfor stride sensor is displayed. Continuousj umps Start now! is shown when you can start the
test.
1. Standupright with your handson your hips.
2. Squatuntil your knees arein a 90 degree legbend position, andimmediately jump vertically.
3. Landwith both feet with your legs straight and anklesext ended.
4. Repeatthe jump movementc ontinuouslyuntil the test isover (you will be notified with audio andv ibra-
tionwhen the test is over).
Duringthe test you will seethe numberof jumps performed, andthe time remaining .
