betweensports are automaticallymonitored, allowing you to see how longit tookyou to swit ch from onesport
toanother.
Therearetw o differentways toperform a multisport trainingsession: fix edmultisport and free multisport. In a
fixedmultisport (multisport profiles in the Polars portslis t) like triathlon, the orderof the sports is fix ed, and
theymust beperformedin that specific order. In free multisport, you can choosew hat sports you performand
inwhich order you performthem by selecting them from the sport list. You can also swit ch back andf orth
betweensports.

SWIMMING
V800is water resistant to 30 meters, and can be wornduring swimming. The H7 heart rates ensordetects
yourheart ratewhen swimming with GymLinkt ransmissionas BluetoothSmart® does not workin water.
Pleasenote that when using GPS when swimming, interferencemay occur, and the recordeddata is not as
accurateas in land activities. GPSmay also interfere with GymLink transmission, causing disturbancein
heartrate measurementwhen swimming. Thereforeit is recommendedto sw itch GPS off when measuring
heartrate in water.
Whenmeasuringheart rate in water, you may experienceinterferencebecause:
