CHOOSE POOL LENGTH
It’s importantthat y ouchoose the correct pool length,as it affects pace, distance and stroke ratecalculation,
aswell asyour SWOLF score. The default lengths are25 meters, 50 meters and25 yards, but you can also
setit manuallyto a custom length. The minimum lengththat c anbe chosen is 20 meters/yards.
Thechosen poollength is s hownin pre-trainingmode. To changeit fromthere, press and holdLIGHT t o
access the Sport Profile quick menu, choosePool lengthand set t hec orrectlength. It c analso be changed
inSettings > Sport Profiles> Pool swimming > Pool length.
START A POOL SWIMMING SESSION
1. PressSTAR T in time view to enter pre-trainingmode,and scroll to the Pool swimming profile
2. Checkt hat thepool length is correct (shown on the display).
3. PressSTAR T to begintraining recording.
