Storing a Number for Speed Dialling
1Press and hold Speed on the operation panel for 2 seconds.
2Enter a speed dial number using the number keypad and then press Enter.
If a number is already stored in the location you chose, the display shows the number. To replace the number with another phone number, select “1:RENEW.” Otherwise, select “2:OTHER” to select another speed dial location.
3Enter the number you want to store, and press Enter.
4To assign a name to the number, enter the desired name. For details on how to enter names, see “How To Enter Characters Using the Number Keypad” on page page 1.37.
Or
If you do not want to assign a name, skip this step.
5Press Enter when the name appears correctly or simply without entering a name.
6To store more telephone numbers, repeat steps 2 through 5. Or
To return to Standby mode, press Cancel/Reset.
