6Enter the time using the number keypad you want to start forwarding incoming faxes and then press Enter.
7Enter the date using the number keypad you want to end forwarding incoming faxes and then press Enter.
8Enter the time using the number keypad you want to end forwarding incoming faxes and then press Enter.
9The display shows “FW” at the left side of the receiving mode, for example “FW FAX”, at the bottom right corner to indicate that fax forwarding feature is activated.
When the time you have set to start forwarding is up, the display shows “FORWARDING.” After the forwarding is completed, the sending confirmation report prints out automatically.
NOTE: If the fax is received in color, the product converts color fax to black&white and forwards the converted black&white fax to a specified destination.
