6Repeat step 5 to enter another speed dial number into the group.
7When you have entered all the desired numbers, press Cancel/Reset. The display prompts you to enter a name.
8If you want to assign a name to the group, enter the desired name. Or, skip this step.
9Press Enter after you enter the name or without entering the name.
10If you want to assign another group, repeat from step 3. To return to Standby mode, press Cancel/Reset.
Sending a Fax Using Group Dialling
You can use Group Dialling for broadcasting, delayed fax, priority fax, or toll save transmission.
Follow the procedure of the desired operation (Broadcasting - page page 5.28, Delayed Fax - page page 5.30, Toll Save transmission - page page 5.11). When you come to a step in which the display requests you to enter the remote fax number, press the
Your product automatically scans the document loaded in the ADF or the document glass into the memory, and the product will dial each of the numbers included in the Group.
NOTE: If you use group dialling, only black and white faxing is available.
