Colour Printing Problems
Symptom | Cause and Solution |

Your product prints | • The Samsung |
only in black. | selected. Verify that you selected the Samsung |

| • The colour print cartridge may not be working properly. |
| Print a test page to make sure the ink cartridges are |
| working correctly. |
| • The print nozzles of the colour print cartridge may need to |
| be cleaned. Clean the print cartridges. See page 6.3. |
| • You may be using Black Only in your printer driver. |

Colour prints | • The Samsung |
incorrectly. | selected. Verify that you selected the Samsung |

| • Print cartridges may be installed in the incorrect holders. |
| Remove each print cartridge that is in an incorrect holder. |
| Check that the ink have not mixed in the cartridges. If this |
| is the case, replace the cartridge with a new one. |
| • Print a test page. If the problem persists, replace the |
| cartridge with new one. |
| • Print nozzles on the colour print head may be clogged. |
| Print a test page to check the status of the nozzles and |
| clean the print cartridge (see page 6.3). |

Colours are missing. | • The colour print cartridge may be not working properly. |
| Print a test page to make sure the ink cartridge is working |
| correctly. |
| • The print head may need to be cleaned. Clean the print |
| cartridges (see page 6.3). |

Colours in a line are | • You may have turned the product off(paused) and then |
uneven, or different | on(resumed) during print job. Do not turn the product off |
