Group Dialling

If you frequently send the same document to several destinations, you can create a group of these destinations and set them under a one-touch button. This enables you to press a single one-touch button to send the same document to all the destinations in the group.

NOTE: You can only group numbers that have already been registered for speed dialling.

Setting Group Dial

1Press Setup. The display shows “1.SYSTEM SETUP” on the bottom line.

2Press the Scroll buttons ( or ) until you see “6.GROUP SETUP” and then press Enter. The display prompts you to select a one-touch button.

3Press the one-touch button under which you want to register the group and then press Enter.

NOTE: If the one-touch button has already been registered for one- touch dialling or another group, the display prompts you to renew the selected one-touch button or select another one-touch button. Select “1:RENEW” to delete the contents in the selected one-touch button and continue, or “2:OTHER” to keep the contents and start over with a different one-touch button.

4The selected group number appears in the display and the display prompts you to confirm the number. Press Enter to accept “1:YES.” If you select “2:NO”, the selected one-touch button will be cancelled and you can start over with another one-touch group number.

5The display prompts you to enter a speed dial number. Enter the 2-digit speed dial number you want to include in the group and then press Enter.
