Clearing Memory
You can selectively clear information stored in your product’s memory.
1Press Setup. The display shows “1.SYSTEM SETUP” on the bottom line.
2Press the Scroll buttons ( 
or 
) until you see “7.MEMORY CLEAR” and then press Enter.
3Press the Scroll buttons ( 
or 
) until you find the item you want to clear. The following options are available:
•FAX NUMBER/NAME: Your fax number and name are cleared from memory.
•DIAL/SCHEDULE: clears the phonebook numbers,
•JOURNAL: clears all records of transmissions & receptions.
•DEFAULT SETUP: restores all settings to factory default.
4Press Enter when your choice appears in the bottom line of the display. The selected item is cleared and then the display returns to Standby mode.
