fasterthan theprinterprints.

If youleave this switch in the ON position,aseparateline-feed codeis
requiredfromyour computertoobtain alinefeed.
If youmove this switchto the OFF position,the printerperforms botha
carnagereturn andline feedeachtime it receivesacarriage-returncode.
Mostcomputersystemssendaline feedcode,or bothacarriagereturn and
linefeed, atthe endof each line,so thisswitch shouldbeleft ON.
If youget double linespacingwhen youexpectsingle spacing,or iflines
overprinteachother, trychangingthe settingof this switch.

Whenusingfanfoldpaper,the TearOff functionallowsyouto tearoff one
