11. Reset the VERTICAL SCALE to 10 dB/.
12. Check that the 3rd Order IMproducts are ≤--70 dBc.
13. Disconnect the test equipment fromthe RF INPUT.
2nd harmonic distortion performancerequirement is ≤--66 dBc.

1. Recall default power up settings by pressing UTIL 1 1.
2. Connect the test equipment as shown in Figure 4--2.

3. Select the following settings on the Spectrum Analyzer:
REFERENCE LEVEL --40 dB m
SPAN/DIV 100 kHz
RESOLUTION BW AUTO
VID FLTR On
VERTICAL SCALE 10 dB/
4. Set the signal generator output frequencyand the Spectrum Analyzer center
frequency to the frequencyof the bandpass filter.
5. Set the signal generator output amplitudefor a full screen signal.
6. Reset the Spectrum Analyzercenter frequency to twice the input frequency.
7. Check that the 2nd harmonic is ≤-- 66 dBc.
8. Disconnect the test equipment fromthe RF INPUT.
