Frequency Response (Flatness)Test Limits
Test Description
The output of the synthesized sweeper is fed through a power splitter to a power sensor
and the analyzer. The synthesized sweeper’s power level is ad justed at 50 MHz to place the
displayed signal at the analyzer center horizontal graticule line. Measurements are made
at various points depending on the model being tested. The signal source amplitude is
measured with a power meter to eliminate errors due to source flatness. The power meter
is zeroed and calibrated before starting the measurement.
