Limited Warranty

AT&T warrants that this product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship on the date of purchase and that AT&T, at its sole option, will repair or replace this product, provided that you report such a defect to AT&T or an AT&T authorized dealer within one (1) year from the date of purchase. If AT&T concludes that the product cannot readily be repaired or replaced, AT&T may accept return of this product and refund your purchase price. Repair parts and replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be new, remanufactured, or refurbished, at the discretion of AT&T. All replaced parts and products become the property of AT&T. This limited warranty does not include repair of damages to the product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, non-AT&T modification of the product, or other events outside AT&T’s reasonable control or circumstances not arising under normal operating conditions.

Limited Warranty Service, during the specified warranty period, may be obtained by returning the failed part or the product to an authorized AT&T dealer, or by sending it via mail or carrier to AT&T in accordance with the instructions provided to you by the AT&T Customer Service and providing proof of purchase date. If this product is returned to AT&T, you agree to insure the product or assume risk of loss or damages in transit, to prepay shipping charges to the designated warranty service location and to ship the product in the original shipping container or the equivalent. Contact your authorized AT&T dealer or, if purchased directly from AT&T, your AT&T Account Executive for further information.
