This trap is generated when there is a change in the stack configuration, that is, when either a new switch is added to the stack or a switch leaves a stack.
STS16NumSwitches indicates the current number of switches which are part of the stack. The management station should update its stack information according to the stack table.

This trap is generated when the stack switches over from primary to secondary Matrix or from secondary back to primary Matrix.
