5 Specify the destinations.

•You can send the same document to a maximum of 210 destinations, at 70 preset times.

•You can specify multiple destinations to be sent at a preset time (delayed sequential broadcasting). (See “Sequential Broadcasting to More Than One Location,” on p. 4-11.)

•If you make a mistake, when entering a number press (Clear) ➞ enter the number again.

6 Press [Start].

 

 

The machine starts scanning the document.

Cancel an Outgoing Fax

If you press [Stop] when the machine is sending faxes on both lines, you will be prompted on the screen to choose which of the two transactions you would like to cancel.
