Setting PIN Code Access for Speed Dialing

This method enables you to register one-touch and coded speed dialing keys for PIN code access. When a user attempts to dial with a speed dialing key, the machine prompts the user to enter a PIN code.

When <NECESS. PIN CODE> of the PIN Code setting is ‘01 OFF’, you can perform the procedure described below. (See “Setting a PIN Code,” on p. 4-22.)

1 Select the speed dialing location to register the telephone number.

For details on registering the telephone number for speed dialing, see “Setting Up Speed Dialing,” on p. 2-3.

2 If the PIN code is to be dialed before the telephone number, open all three one-touch speed dialing panels press [Pin
