Receiving a Fax on Line 2

You can receive document transmissions automatically.

NOTE

For detailed instructions on how to receive a fax, see “Receiving Documents,” on p. 5-2.

Cancel an Incoming Fax

Press [Stop] to cancel an incoming fax transmission. If you press [Stop] when the machine is receiving faxes on both lines, you will be prompted on the screen to choose which of the two transactions you wish to cancel. Select and confirm the transmission you wish to cancel.
