✔CHM operation. You can use the selections in the Diagnostics Menu and the Demo Menu to determine if the CHM is functioning properly. See Chapter 7.
✔Fuse. Check to make sure that the fuse is good. See page 135 for instructions.
If you cannot resolve the problem...
If you cannot resolve the problem, call your service provider.
Before calling, gather the following information:
For the library: serial number (found on the Serial Number screen on the LCD or on the rear panel), firmware number (found on the Main Screen of the LCD), and SCSI configuration
For the tape drives: model, serial numbers (found on the top of the tape drive housing) and FECODE and EECODE numbers (found on the top of the tape drive housing). (See page 140 for instructions about removing a tape drive.)
For the host computer: operating system, computer brand name and model, type of host bus adapter card installed, and application software name and version number.
