Use this command to enable and log events to a device. You need to enable event logging before selecting what events to log to a device.

Syntax

To enable and configure events for a device

set log policy destination {console local syslog} event status enable set log policy destination {console local syslog} event category

[configuration ha imap login pop3 smtp system updatefailed updatesucceeded webmail none]

available in server mode.

 

 

[smtp] log all SMTP server events.

 

 

[system] log all system-related events, such as

 

 

system restarts.

 

 

[updatefailed] log all failed update events.

 

 

[updatesucceeded] log all successful update

 

 

events.

 

 

[webmail] log all webmail events.

 

 

[none] to clear all event categories, specify none

 

 

without any other event categories.
