IMPORTANT: Windows 2003 Server places the video controller into a non-standard resolution with a refresh rate of 55Hz. Some LCD monitors are not capable of rendering a screen with refresh rates lower than 60Hz. Use one of the following methods to resolve this issue:

Use a monitor capable of 55Hz refresh rates. Virtually all analog monitors and the majority of LCD monitors are capable of this.

Use a LAN-based client to remotely access the server's iLO2 Integrated Remote Console (vKVM) feature for the installation.
