For more information

You can also disable individual security features. For example, you might want to see if the Personal Firewall is preventing a program from operating correctly.

To disable a protection feature

1Open Norton Personal Firewall.

2In the Security Center, select the feature that you want to disable.

3On the right side of the screen, click Turn Off.
