1Start Norton Personal Firewall.

2At the top of the Norton Personal Firewall main window, click Options.

wIf you set a password for Options, Norton Personal Firewall asks you for the password before you can continue.

3In the Norton Personal Firewall Options dialog box, click the LiveUpdate tab.

4In the LiveUpdate pane, uncheck Enable Automatic LiveUpdate.

5Click OK.
