| This section describes how to replace the power line fuse and clean the |
| power meter. If you need additional information about replacing parts or |
| repairing the power meter, refer to the HP E4418B/E4419B Service |
| Guide. |
| To clean the power meter, disconnect it’s supply power and wipe with a |
| damp cloth only. |
| The power line fuse is located within the power meter’s fuse holder |
| assembly on the rear panel. For all voltages the power meter uses a 250 V, |
| F3.15AH, 20mm fast blow fuse with high breaking capacity (HP part |
| number |
|

Note | The power meter also has an internal fuse. If you suspect that this |
| fuse needs replaced it must be done by trained service personnel. |

Replacing the Power Line Fuse
1.Remove the power cord from the power meter.
2.Slide the fuse holder assembly from the rear panel as shown in Figure
3.Install the correct fuse in the “In line” position as shown in Figure
4.Replace the fuse holder assembly in the rear panel.
