•Examinez d’abord la section Dépannage suivante.

•Puis, cherchez un centre d’entretien et de réparation KitchenAid désigné près de chez vous dans votre annuaire téléphonique. Si aucun centre n’est listé dans l’annuaire, où que vous soyez au Canada, appelez le service a la clientèle KitchenAid Canada au numéro suivant :

1-800-807-6777.

•Apportez le batteur à un centre d’entretien et de réparation KitchenAid désigné ou expédiez-le au centre (port payé et assurance). Une fois réparé, le batteur vous sera retourné (port payé et assurance).

•L’entretien et la réparation hors garantie doivent être traités par un centre d’entretien et de réparation KitchenAid désigné.

Si le batteur fonctionne mal ou pas du tout, vérifiez les points suivants :

-Le batteur est-il branché?

-Le fusible du circuit relié au batteur est-il en état de marche? Si vous avez un disjoncteur, assurez-vous que le circuit est fermé.

-Débranchez le batteur et attendez 15 à 20 minutes avant de le rebrancher.

-Si le problème ne résulte pas d’un des points susmentionnés, consultez la section « Mesures à prendre pour l’entretien et la réparation ».

-NE retournez PAS le batteur au détaillant, car il n’assure pas l’entretien ni la réparation.
