Loading Paper in the Paper Tray

This section describes instructions for loading paper in the standard paper tray and the Paper Cassette Type204 (option).

RCAUTION:

•The paper tray does not have a stopper. When pulling it out, be careful not to pull it strongly. If you do, the tray might fall and cause a personal injury.

❒Custom size paper is supported by the standard tray or the Paper Cas- sette Type204 (option) only. (Both are referred to as Tray 1.)

A Carefully pull the paper tray out of the printer and place it on a flat surface.

C Load paper into the tray with the side to be printed facing up.

❒Confirm that the top of the stack is not higher than the limit mark (T) inside the tray.
