Creating a watermark

1Access Print Properties either from your program or from the Printers folder. For help, see page 32.

2From the Extras tab, click Edit in the Watermark section. The Edit Watermarks window appears.

3Enter your text message in the Watermark Message box.

4Select the watermark options you want.

You can select to print on the first page only, specify font attributes, or set the angle of the watermark.

5Click Add to add the new watermark to the list.

6Click OK.

To stop printing the watermark, select No Watermark from the Watermark drop-down list.

Editing a watermark

1Access Print Properties either from your program or from the Printers folder. For help, see page 32.

2From the Extras tab, click Edit in the Watermark section. The Edit Watermarks window appears.

3Select the watermark you want to edit in the Current Watermarks list, and then make your changes.

4Click Update.

5Click OK.

Deleting a watermark

1Access Print Properties either from your program or from the Printers folder. For help, see page 32.

2From the Extras tab, click Edit in the Watermark section. The Edit Watermarks window appears.

3Select the watermark you want to delete in the Current Watermarks list, and then click Delete.

4Click OK.
