8 Reports

Your machine can print reports containing a wide range of important information. Here are some examples of the different types of reports:

Report	Content
Phonebook	Current shortcuts and groups stored in the
	machine.

Sent	Most recent faxes sent.

Received	Most recent faxes received.

Pending	Pending fax jobs that have been entered using
	the Delay Send feature.

Confirmation	Faxes that have been confirmed received.

Settings	Current default settings.

Power Fail	• Time the power failed.
	• Delay Send jobs that were deleted during the
	power failure.
	• Received faxes that were erased during the
	power failure
	• Failed jobs that were in the process of being
	sent or received.

To print a report:

1Press Menu.

2Press a scroll button ( or ) until REPORT MENU appears on the top line of the display, and then press Select.

3Press a scroll button until the type of report that you want to print appears on the bottom line of the display, and then press Select.
