Installing options

Accessing the MFP system board

You must access the MFP system board to install printer memory, flash memory, or an option card. CAUTION: Turn the MFP off, and unplug the power cord before continuing.

1Loosen the screws on the access panel located on the back side of the MFP.

2Remove the panel from the MFP, and set it aside.
