My Info lets you view info r mat ion ab ou t your p ho ne

and send this information to other phones.

Viewing My Info

1From the main menu, sele ct My Info.

2Scroll to see the entire screen.

The My Info scree n contains:

•My Name — You can enter your name here.

• Line 1 and Line 2 — your phone numbers for

phone lines 1 and 2. Each number appears

when you receive your alert notification after

enabling security on your phone.

•Direct Connect — Your Direct Connect number

is the number that others us e to co ntact you

using Direct Conn ect calls. This nu mber

appears when you re ceive your alert n otification

after enabling sec urity on your phone.

• Group ID — the number of the Talkgroup you

have joined.

• Carrier IP — the IP address assigned t o Nextel.

This number appears when you register for

packet data services.

• IP1 Address and IP2 Address — the IP

addresses you use to acc es s the I nte r ne t w ith

your phone.

• Circuit Data — the number you use if you want

to use your phone to transfe r circuit data. See

“Using Your Phone as a Modem” on page 65.

You receive this number from Nextel.

Customer Care may require you to

provide specific informa t io n ab ou t you r

phone. By pressing m anytime while in My

Info, a submenu will appear that includes

your phone's service sta tus, unit

information, and phone identification

numbers includin g IMEI, SIM ID, and

Serial Number (SN). Please be prepared

to supply the representativ e with this

information when requesting these types

of transactions.
