Ring Tones

Downloading More Ring Tone s

If you want to use other ring tones yo u can

download them into your phone for a fee. Check

the Downloads menu option on your phone for a

catalog of additi onal items availabl e for purchase

and download directly fr o m yo ur ph on e.

Note:Ring tones may be downloaded only

once. If you delete a ring to ne from your

phone, you must purc hase it again to

download it again.

Managing Memory

To view the amount of memory available for

custom ring tones:

1From the main menu, sele ct Ring Tones.

2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.

3Highlight any ring tone.

4Press m.

5Select Memory Usage.

Deleting custom ring to nes frees memory.

Note:R ing tones are stored in your ph one using

the same memory spa ce used to store

messages, voice records, Java

application data, pic tures, and wallpaper

images. Deleting some of these other

items frees memory for ring tones.

Deleting Custom Ring Tones

Deleting a ring tone from the list of ring tones

deletes it from all p arts of your phone, in cluding the

media center and Contacts.

Except for DRM ring tones, if y ou delete a ring tone

that you purchased fr om your phone, you will have

to purchase it again. Under certain conditions,

some DRM vendors will not char ge you if you

download an item m ultiple times within a given time

frame. Please con tact the DRM vendor to learn

more about their download regulations.

To delete a custom ring to ne:

1From the main menu, sele ct Ring Tones.

2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.

3Scroll to the ring tone you want to delete.

4Press m.

5Select Delete.

6Press A under Yes to confirm .
