These options are available while a message is
playing or after it has played:
•Forward the message to another subscriber —
press 6.
•Delete the message — press 7.
•Reply to a message — press 8.
•Save the message — press 9.
•Skip to the next message — press #.
Messages that ar e not saved or delete d remain in
your mailbox as ne w messages. All mes sages are
automatically deleted after 30 d a ys.
To retrieve delet ed messages, press * 3. This
option only applie s to the current v oice mail
session. If you end the cal l, the messages will be
permanently deleted.
Important: After exiting the voice mail session, you
cannot recover deleted messages.
Changing Your Password1From the main voice mail menu, press 4 to
access personal option s.
2Press 4 to access personal preferences.
3Press 1 to modify password.
4Enter your new password. It mu st be 4- to 7-
digits long.
Note:It is important that you choo se a number
that is easy for you to remember, but hard
for someone else to guess. P asswords
using all the same digits, for example
4,4,4,4 or a sequen tial series of digi ts,
1,2,3,4, will not b e accepted.
5Press ** to return to the main menu.

Recording Your NameWhen you send, reply to, or copy a message, your
name response precedes the message. To record
or re-record your name at any time:
1From the main voice mail menu, press 4 to
access personal option s.
