Editing

You can edit only Quick Note s and reply phrases

you have created.

1From the Setup menu, sele ct Quick Notes or

Replies.

2Select the Quick Note or reply phrase you want

to edit.

3Edit the text.

4When you are finished, press O.

Deleting

You can delete only Quick Not es and reply ph rases

you have created.

To delete a Quick Note or r eply phrase:

1From the Setup menu, sele ct Quick Notes or

Replies.

2Scroll to the Quick Note o r r eply phrase you

want to delete.

3Press A under Delete.

4Press O or press A under Yes to confirm.

To delete all Quick Notes or all reply phrases:

1From the Setup menu, sele ct Quick Notes or

Replies.

2Press m.

3Select Delete All.

4Press O or press A under Yes to confirm.

Setting the Clean-up Option

The clean-up option controls how long messages

remain in the Inbox and Se nt Items before they are

deleted. You set the cl ean-up option for th e Inbox

and Sent Items separat ely.

The clean-up option deletes only read, unlocked

messages.

Clean-up Options

•Off — Messages are never automatically

deleted.

• 5 Messages — If you hav e more than 5

messages, messages are deleted in the order

they were received, starting with the ol dest, until

5 are left.

• 10 Messages — If you have more than 10

messages, messages are deleted in the order

they were received, starting with the ol dest, until

10 are left.

•1 Day — Messages are dele ted if they are older

than 1 day.

•3 Days — Messages are delet ed if they are

older than 3 days

•Custom — Lets you create a clean-up option of

up to 99 messages or 99 days.
