Setting Privacy for Each Java Application
After a given Java application requests access to
the location of your pho ne for the first time, you
have the opportunity to set the GPS privacy
options for that J ava application.
1From the main menu, sele ct Java Apps.
2Scroll to the application or suite of appli c ations
you want to set the privac y options for.
3Press m.
4Select Permissions.
5Select the privacy opt ions you want for this
application:
•Always — The applicati on always has
permission to access the location of your
phone, without not ifying you.
•Ask — When the application requests a ccess
to the location of your phone, you are
prompted to grant or deny permission (see
“Granting or Denying Permission” on page
121).
• Never — When the application re quests
access to the location of your phone, the
request is denied witho ut notifying you.
