Forwarding All Calls
Call Forwarding
Call forwarding sends calls to the phone numbers
you specify. You can forwa rd all calls to one
number or forward missed calls to different
numbers depending on the reason you missed the
call.
You can forward phone lines 1 and 2
independently.

Forwarding All Calls

When you set your phone to forward all calls, an
icon appears in the top row of the dis pl ay :
To forward all calls :
1From the main menu, sele ct Call Forward >
Forward > All Calls.
2Select To.
If you specified a forwarding number for all calls
before, this number displ ays.
To forward calls to this n umber, press A under
Back.
To delete this number, pr ess O, then press an d
hold A under Delete.
3To enter the number you want to forward call s to:
Enter the number u sing your keypad. -or-
Press A under Search. Select Contacts,
Recent Calls, or Memo. Select the number you
want to enter.
4Press O.
All your calls are now forwarded to the number
you specified.
GPhone line 1 is active ; calls to phone line 1
are being forwarded.
IPhone line 1 is active ; calls to phone line 2
are being forwarded.
HPhone line 1 is active; calls to phone lines 1
and 2 are being forwarded.
JPhone line 2 is active ; calls to phone line 1
are being forwarded.
LPhone line 2 is active ; calls to phone line 2
are being forwarded.
KPhone line 2 is active; calls to phone lines 1
and 2 are being forwarded.
