6Enter the new access code and press the pound key.

The display shows “CODE CHANGED”.

After a delay of approximately four seconds, you hear special dial tone and the sequence repeats when the prompt

“ROUTE ACCESS?” appears.

OR

If the route access code is not available for use, you hear overflow tone.

The display shows

“USED, ROUTE ACCESS?” and you must repeat this step.

You must enter a different access code. This sequence continues until you enter an appropriate new access code.

7Terminate the sequence by hanging up the telephone.

OR

Repeat the sequence by going through the steps again.
