Using Buddy Status Lists	Using the Advanced Features of Your Phone

The following table shows the presence icons and status indicators that display on the Speed Dial Key to indicate a buddy’s status.

Buddy Status	Speed Dial Key Icon	Status Indicator

Online		(No indicator)

Busy/Do Not Disturb		Solid red

Away/Be Right Back		Flashing red
Out to Lunch

Offline		Solid red

The following figure shows a phone that is monitoring two buddies: Lauren

Gates and Jack Jones. Lauren Gates is Online, and Jack Jones is either Away,

Out to Lunch, or Be Right Back.

Monitoring Buddies from the Buddy Status List

If you can’t monitor all your buddies from the idle screen (because you have more buddies than available Speed Dial Keys), use the Buddy Status list.
