2.6 To Eliminate the Background Color

The background color of the original is also copied. Therefore, no clear contrast is made between the background and text.

The background color is eliminated, allowing clear contrast between the background and text.

‰Explanation

When a full-color original, such as color paper, is copied, its background color is also copied. Therefore, no clear contrast is made between the background and text on the copy. Perform the background adjustment, in order to copy the original with the highly colored background, while eliminating the background color or making it white.

‰Procedures

*The procedure to use varies, depending on whether to adjust the copy image quality in Black mode or Full color mode. Refer to the procedure corresponding to a user’s request.
