Problem solving
1.Select [Diagnostics] from the System pull down menu located on the main window. The Call for Assistance screen is displayed.
2.Record the following information displayed on the screen which you may need to give to the support center: Host Name, Host ID, IP Address, Phone Number, Software Level, Software License Number, Service Option and Printer Serial Number.
3.Record any codes appearing on the screen.
4.Record the current problem that caused you to call for assistance.
5.If image quality is the problem, take a print to the phone with you.
6.Save the print for the Service Representative.
