If the OmniView IP 500 0HQ system is down, e.g., for maintenanc e,
the availability of each KVM-over-IP devic e remains. You can ac cess
a KVM-over-IP device uni t directly by ente ring its IP addre ss into
your web browser. note! This is onl y if the system is working in local
authentication mode an d not in external authentication (L DAP) mode.
To change any hardware elem ents and user au thorization from the
KVM-over-IP device, you m ust first unche ck “Enable HQ” in t he
KVM-over-IP device Netw ork Configuratio n window.
