You can check the page counts on the control card you are currently using.

1 Press [System Monitor].

2 Press [Pg Ct Check].

3 Check the page counts ➞press [Done] ➞ [Done].

Checking and Printing Counter Information

You can display and print a list of how much paper was used by each department.

1 Press (Additional Functions) ➞[System Settings] ➞

[Dept. ID Management].

2 Press [Page Totals].
