Printing on Transparencies

Use Transparency CF-102 to create presentations for overhead projectors (OHP).

Transparency CF-102 can be loaded manually or in the sheet feeder. Do not attempt to feed Transparencies from the paper cassette. Up to 50 Transparencies can be loaded in the sheet feeder.

Before you use Transparency CF-102, read all the precautions printed on the packet.

Do not attempt to print on photocopy Transparencies. Photocopy trans- parencies do not absorb ink well and this causes the ink to run and smear.

Always handle Transparencies by the edges. Never touch the surface of the Transparency.

After opening a package of transparencies, store the unused sheets in the original metallic package on a flat surface away from direct sunlight. Always store transparencies in a cool location of low humidity.

You can print on either side of a transparency.

To load Transparencies in the sheet feeder

1 Load a stack of Transparencies in the sheet feeder. (44)

The sheet feeder can hold up to 50 transparencies.

You can print on either side of this media.

We recommend loading one sheet of plain paper behind the last transparency in the stack.
