Dell Technical Support Policy

Technicianassisted technical support requires the cooperat ion and participation of the cust omer in the troubleshooting
process and provides for restoration of the Operating System, application software and hardware drivers to the original
default configuration as shipped from Dell, as well as t he verification of appropriate functionality of the printer and all
Dellinstalled hardware. In addition to this technician assisted technic al support, online technical support is available
at Dell Support. Additional technical support options may be av ailable for purchase.
Dell provides limited technical support for the printer and any Dellinstalled software and peripherals. Support for
thirdparty software and peripherals is provided by the original manufactur er, including those purchased and/or
installed through Software & Peripherals (DellWare), ReadyWare, and Custom Factory In tegration (CFI/DellPlus).
