4Navigate to the /etc/sysconfig/i18n file.

5In the file, apply the following changes: Current entry:

SUPPORTED="zh_CN.GB18030:zh_CH.GB2312:zh_CN:zh"

Updated entry:

LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8" SUPPORTED="zh_CN.UTF- 8:zh_CN.GB18030:zh_CH.GB2312:zh_CN:zh"

6Log out and then log in to the operating system.

7Relaunch the iDRAC6.

When you switch from any other language to the Simplified Chinese language, ensure that this fix is still valid. If not, repeat this procedure.
