a.In User Name, enter the user name.
b.In Password, enter the password for the user.
NOTES:
–User name and password of the supervisor ARENA must match the user name and password under Incoming connection from remote site on the remote ARENA.
–On both ARENAs, user name and password must comply with the Windows network requirements. If necessary, please contact the I.T. administrator for detailed information.
–This user has not to exist in the user administration of both, Supervisor ARENA and remote ARENA.
c.In Remote Site Phone No, enter phone number of the remote site. A "comma" can be used as a
d.In Modem, select the modem which you want to use for connecting to the
site 
. Multiple modems can be selected. In this case, the topmost modem is tried first. If busy, the next modem is tried.
e.Use Advanced 
button for setting advanced modem settings:
Initialization String
Enter string of modem commands which is sent to the modem each time the PC dials out to the site. Can be used to enable modem specific functionality.
Wait for dial tone before calling
If you want to switch off waiting for dial tone, which is necessary for some telephone plants, deselect this checkbox.
f.Continue with step 10.
8.Create Remote Site through ARENA via VPN
9.If not already done, select ´VPN` in Connect Through under Outgoing connection to remote site and do the following:
ARENA Connection
a.In User Name, enter the user name.
b.In Password, enter the password fort the user.

–User name and password of the supervisor ARENA must match the user name and password under Incoming connection from remote site on the remote ARENA.
–On both ARENAs, user name and password must comply with the Windows network requirements. If necessary, please contact the I.T. administrator for detailed information.

c.In Remote Site Address or IP Address, enter the URL or the IP Address of the remote ARENA PC.
VPN Connection
a.In User Name, enter the user name.
b.In Password, enter the password fort the user.
