Loading Envelopes into Tray 1

1Open the door of Tray 1.

2If necessary, pull out the tray extension for the envelope size you are printing.

3Gently place up to ten envelopes between the paper width guides, face up, with the back flap lying against the rear paper guide.

4Slide the paper width guides until they lightly touch both sides of the envelope stack without bending it.

5Set the envelope size and type in the TRAY MENU on the control panel for Tray 1.
