Follow these steps if none of the connected devices is terminated internally (and any external terminator found in the SCSI chain has been removed):
NOTE: In the following steps, you will place the Scanner at the end of the chain of connected devices. In fact, you can place the Scanner anywhere in the chain as long as you add a terminator to the last device in the chain.
